Trip Cancellation Requests Form

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CLAIM FILING NOTICE, AND WAIVER FOR TRIP CANCELLATION

By signing below, the Client formally requests and confirms the cancellation of their travel booking with Tourvaco. The Client acknowledges that this cancellation is executed at their request and subject to the supplier rules, booking conditions, and non-refundable deposit terms outlined in their original travel contract. At no time should Tourvaco be liable for any lost funds due to cancellation. 

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Supplier Mandates: Tourvaco acts strictly as an agent for travel suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation vendors).
• Non-Refundable Expenses: Any funds, penalties, fees, or lost deposits that are deemed non-refundable or non-recoverable under third-party supplier policies are the sole responsibility of the Client.
• Liability Release: The Client releases Tourvaco, its parent company, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all financial liability, loss, or claims arising from penalties, non-refundable expenses, or supplier enforcement of cancellation fees.

• Travel Insurance Notice: The Client is hereby advised that third-party travel protection or travel insurance plans (if purchased) may provide coverage for non-refundable travel expenses, trip cancellation penalties, or related losses depending on the policy terms and cause of cancellation.
• Filing Claims: It is the Client's sole responsibility to initiate, document, and submit any cancellation claims directly to their travel insurance provider or credit card issuer.
• Agency Assistance: Tourvaco will provide reasonable supporting documentation (e.g., proof of payment, itemized invoices, cancellation statements, and supplier refund determinations) upon request to assist the Client in filing their claim. Tourvaco does not guarantee insurance claim approval or specific reimbursement amounts.

In consideration of processing this cancellation, the Client hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges Tourvaco Group / Tourvaco llc from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to financial losses, cancellation penalties, unrecovered funds, or service disruptions associated with the canceled booking.

By submitting, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release of Liability, Claim Filing Notice, and Non-Covered Waiver and have been advised of potential penalties.
