By signing this document, the Client/Cardholder authorizes Tourvaco Group and its third-party travel suppliers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and transportation vendors) to charge the designated credit card account for the agreed-upon travel services and related expenses. The Client/Cardholder explicitly agrees and confirms that:

• All charges processed by Tourvaco Group and its suppliers are authorized and non-disputable once booked in accordance with the terms of the travel agreement.

• No Chargeback Commitment: The Client agrees not to file, initiate, or request a credit card chargeback, dispute, or reversal with their credit card issuer or issuing bank for any legitimate charges authorized for this travel booking, including booking fees, supplier deposits, penalty fees, or full package costs.

• Full Financial Responsibility: The Client accepts 100% financial liability for all charges incurred. If a chargeback or dispute is filed in violation of this agreement, the Client agrees to reimburse Tourvaco Group for the full disputed amount, plus any legal fees, merchant chargeback administrative costs, and administrative labor expenses incurred by Tourvaco Group to dispute the chargeback.

• Assumption of Card Security Risks: The Client acknowledges the inherent risks involved in submitting credit card information for remote processing and third-party vendor transactions.

• Release of Liability for Fraud: The Client hereby waives, releases, and holds harmless Tourvaco Group, its parent company, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated third-party travel suppliers from any and all claims, financial losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of potential, alleged, or future fraudulent credit card charges, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches associated with the card account used for this purchase.

• Indemnification: The Client agrees to defend and indemnify Tourvaco Group against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities asserted by third parties or card issuers regarding credit card authorization or fraud claims linked to this booking.

I confirm that I am the authorized cardholder for the credit card specified above. I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this Credit Card Payment Authorization, Fraud Waiver, and Hold Harmless Agreement. I acknowledge my financial responsibility for all charges and agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute.
