Declining Trip Protection Acknowledgement

By submitting form below, the Client confirms that Tourvaco Group has strongly recommended the purchase of comprehensive travel protection (travel insurance). The Client acknowledges being informed of the risks associated with traveling without adequate coverage, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from:

• Unexpected trip cancellation, interruption, or delay (due to illness, injury, emergency, or weather).
• Medical emergencies, evacuation, or repatriation expenses incurred while traveling.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed baggage and personal belongings.
• Supplier defaults, bankruptcy, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

The Client hereby formally declines / opts out of purchasing travel protection offered by or through Tourvaco Group for the above-referenced booking.

The Client understands and agrees that:

• They are voluntarily assuming all financial risks and expenses associated with canceling, interrupting, altering, or experiencing disruptions during their travel.
• Any penalties, non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees, or emergency out-of-pocket costs mandated by Tourvaco Group or third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Client.
• Tourvaco Group will not advance funds, provide refunds, or absorb expenses for non-refundable travel components when protection has been declined.

In consideration of Tourvaco Group processing and managing the travel booking without travel protection, the Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless Tourvaco Group, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or financial losses arising out of or related to:

1. Any trip cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification.
2. Medical expenses, emergency transport, or personal injury incurred during travel.
3. Lost, damaged, or unrecovered property or non-refundable travel funds.

I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability and Waiver of Travel Protection. I acknowledge that I was given the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and knowingly chose to decline it. I accecpt any losses incurred at my own risk.
